Group charter for studios and delegations
Studios, distributors and media groups can charter a full aircraft for their teams, guests and partners. Capacity depends on the aircraft: from regional jets for smaller delegations to narrow-body airliners such as the Airbus A320 family or Boeing 737 for groups of around 150 to 190 passengers. These flights operate into Nice Côte d'Azur. We coordinate the flight schedule with the screening programme, baggage, airport assistance and ground transfers.

Air cargo
Production companies, event agencies and exhibitors ship technical, screening and promotional equipment ahead of the festival. We source cargo aircraft adapted to the weight, volume and dimensions of the shipment, and coordinate handling, customs documentation such as ATA Carnets where applicable, and delivery timing with the teams on site.

Cannes-Mandelieu (CEQ / LFMD) is the closest airport to the Croisette and serves general and business aviation. It accommodates eligible jets up to 35 tonnes maximum take-off weight, subject to noise and operating restrictions. It operates within limited daytime hours, without night flights. Festival arrangements may include airport slots and prior permission (PPR); applicable requirements and parking availability must be checked for the travel dates.
Nice Côte d’Azur (NCE / LFMN) has dedicated business aviation facilities and accommodates heavier long-range jets and group charter airliners. It is also an option for later departures, subject to the operating conditions applicable to the aircraft and flight. During major events, business aircraft parking is limited and confirmation may arrive close to the flight date.
Airport capacity is one of the main constraints during the festival. Arrival and departure slots, aircraft parking and handling are allocated as requests come in, and a change of schedule can mean requesting them again. The return deserves as much attention as the arrival: departure peaks after the closing ceremony, and crew duty-time limits determine whether a same-night return is possible.
Festival accreditation, screening invitations and accommodation are handled separately from the flight and should be confirmed in parallel.
