Fashion Weeks bring fashion houses, designers, buyers and media to different cities throughout the seasons. Artheau Aviation organises private jet charter, group charter flights and air transport for collections to support this international calendar.
Paris, Milan, London and New York account for an important share of travel between shows and showrooms. Other destinations, including Copenhagen, Berlin, Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul, Dubai, São Paulo and Sydney, also host fashion weeks. We assess journeys to and between these cities according to dates, aircraft availability and local conditions.
Upcoming editions and the international calendar
Dates depend on the city, season and programme: womenswear, menswear, haute couture or other presentations. There is no single worldwide Fashion Week date. Check the organiser's calendar and your invitations before confirming the flight.
Announced editions for early 2027 include:
See the FHCM calendars and Copenhagen Fashion Week for these editions. The Fashion Council Germany international calendar identifies further stops; dates should be reconfirmed with each organiser.
When planning your programme, we distinguish passenger travel from collection delivery deadlines. Garments may need to arrive before the team for fittings, show preparation or showroom installation.

Private jet charter for Fashion Week allows you to plan flights around shows, presentations and professional appointments. We compare airports, timings, cabin capacity and baggage requirements for executives, designers, buyers and guests.
A light or midsize jet may suit some European routes, such as London–Milan or Milan–Paris. A transatlantic flight or a journey to Asia requires appropriate range and cabin capacity. Baggage volume also matters: hanging garments, accessories and oversized pieces should be specified when requesting the flight. Explore our aircraft fleet.
We can assess a multi-leg itinerary, such as New York–London–Milan–Paris, or a single connection between two cities. Flights are planned around your actual commitments, without assuming that every local calendar follows the next without a gap.
The cost of a private jet for Fashion Week depends on the route, aircraft, dates and positioning. A short European connection and an intercontinental charter require different aircraft. We compare options across the complete itinerary, with the included services detailed in the quotation.
Indicative one-way private jet prices to Paris-Le Bourget:
These estimates cover the aircraft charter rather than a price per passenger, excluding VAT and applicable taxes. European ranges vary by aircraft category, from very light jets to ultra-long-range jets. Fashion Weeks are periods of very high demand, so booking early is recommended.
Estimate your budget with our private jet price simulator, then contact executif@flyaa.eu for a proposal based on your dates and destinations.
Fashion houses, agencies and media groups can charter an aircraft for their teams, models, journalists or guests. We source suitable capacity and cabin configuration, taking account of baggage and presentation schedules.
The arrival airport depends on the destination and aircraft. A business aviation terminal suitable for private jets may not accommodate the airliner proposed for your group. We coordinate flight timings, airport assistance and transfers with your team.
Contact commercial@flyaa.eu with the cities, dates, passenger numbers and baggage requirements.
Moving collections may require a separate operation from passenger flights. Dresses, runway pieces, accessories, samples and set materials do not always share the team's arrival deadline or loading requirements.
Artheau Aviation has organised an air cargo charter between Milan and New York to transport collection pieces, including dresses. This operation illustrates the need to move fashion collections between cities alongside guest and team travel.
We assess shipments before shows, collection transfers between destinations and urgent deliveries. A dedicated cargo aircraft may be appropriate when volume, deadlines or routing justify it; feasibility is assessed against the shipment's characteristics.
To prepare a proposal, provide weight, dimensions, package count and packaging details. Hanging garments, crates, fragile items and unusually long pieces should be identified. We check loading requirements with the operator and coordinate handling with the parties involved.
Customs formalities depend on the countries, goods and intended use. Temporary admission or an ATA Carnet may be considered where applicable. The delivery schedule must account for the flight, customs clearance and final transport to the showroom or show venue.
Contact cargo@flyaa.eu with shipment details, addresses and the delivery deadline.
Paris: Paris-Le Bourget (LBG) is an option for private jets. Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Paris-Orly (ORY) may be assessed for group flights according to the aircraft and operating conditions. Cargo requirements are assessed separately.
Milan: Milan Linate (LIN) may suit business aviation flights; Milan Malpensa (MXP) is another option according to the aircraft and cargo requirements. The location of the show or showroom also affects the choice.
London: Farnborough (FAB), Biggin Hill (BQH) and other airports can be compared against your programme. Operating hours, access conditions and transfer times must be considered.
New York: Teterboro (TEB) is an option for eligible business jets. Groups and cargo shipments may require other airports, such as JFK or Newark, depending on the operation. Passengers and collections on a Milan–New York journey may therefore use different airports.
Copenhagen and Berlin Fashion Weeks can be included in a European itinerary. For Tokyo, Shanghai or Seoul, we assess intercontinental or regional flights and local permissions. Dubai can be a Middle Eastern stop, while São Paulo and Sydney require planning appropriate to the distance and direction of travel.
Check the organisers for local editions: Dubai Fashion Week, Shanghai Fashion Week, São Paulo Fashion Week and Australian Fashion Week. Other destinations can be assessed according to your house's calendar.
Permissions, slots, operating hours, parking capacity and customs requirements vary by country and airport. We also assess return arrangements, crew rest and aircraft positioning. Transfers to show venues should allow time for traffic and airport formalities.
Show invitations, accreditation, showroom appointments and accommodation are arranged separately from the charter and should be confirmed in parallel.

Artheau Aviation supports the planning of flights and shipments associated with fashion weeks. As an air charter broker, we compare aircraft and conditions across operators according to your programme, passengers and budget.
Our business aviation, commercial aviation and air freight teams can address complementary requirements: a private jet for executives, a group aircraft for teams and a cargo operation for collections. Passenger schedules and equipment deadlines are assessed together, even when the flights remain separate.
A main point of contact coordinates your request with operators, handlers and the relevant providers. We help prepare the stages, identify arrangements that need confirmation and adapt the itinerary when availability or operating conditions change.

We assess flights for Paris, Milan, London, New York and other destinations including Copenhagen, Berlin, Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul, Dubai, São Paulo and Sydney. Dates vary by city and collection season. Check the official calendars; we then evaluate flights against your programme and local conditions.
The choice depends on the city, aircraft, schedule and onward transfer. Paris-Le Bourget, Milan Linate, Farnborough, Biggin Hill or Teterboro may be assessed for certain private flights. Group charters and cargo may require other airports. We compare the full journey to the show venue or delivery address.
The price depends on the route, passenger numbers, aircraft, dates and positioning. As an indication, one-way aircraft charter prices to Paris-Le Bourget range from €4,100–€11,500 from London Biggin Hill and €6,600–€17,800 from Milan Malpensa. From New York Teterboro, allow €80,600–€118,200 in an ultra-long-range jet. These estimates exclude VAT and applicable taxes. A multi-city itinerary should be quoted as a complete journey. Use our private jet price simulator for an initial estimate, then request a quotation specifying the included flights and services.
