Group charter for clubs and supporters
Finalist clubs, federations, partners and supporter groups can charter a full airliner. Capacity depends on the aircraft: from regional jets for smaller delegations to narrow-body airliners such as the Airbus A320 family or Boeing 737 for groups of around 150 to 190 passengers. We coordinate the flight schedule with the match programme, baggage and equipment, airport assistance and ground transfers.

Air cargo
Broadcasters, sponsors and event suppliers ship technical and promotional equipment ahead of the final. We source cargo aircraft adapted to the weight, volume and dimensions of the shipment, and coordinate handling, customs documentation such as ATA Carnets where applicable, and delivery timing with the teams on site.

Madrid-Barajas is Spain's main international airport and the closest to the Estadio Metropolitano, about 9 km by road. It has business aviation handling with dedicated FBO facilities, which makes it the most direct option for many private flights. On final day, however, it will also receive a large number of commercial and charter flights.
Madrid-Torrejón is located 24 km north-east of Madrid and is widely used for business aviation. Slots and handling are mandatory there. It is a useful alternative when Barajas is saturated or when the schedule needs more flexibility.
Slot availability is one of the main operational constraints around a Champions League Final. Arrival and departure slots, parking space for aircraft on the apron and handling capacity are limited, and they are allocated as requests come in. The return flight deserves as much attention as the arrival: many aircraft want to depart in the hours after the final whistle, and crew duty-time limits determine whether a same-night return is possible or whether the crew needs a rest period before flying back.
Ticketing and official hospitality packages are managed by UEFA. Hospitality, accommodation and ground transport in Madrid should be confirmed in parallel with the flight.
